Terms of Use — Bowlful

Effective: September 3, 2026.

1. The agreement that governs your purchase

Bowlful is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your download and use are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms add a few plain-language points and do not reduce any right the Standard EULA or your local law gives you.

2. Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bowlful on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. The app, its artwork, sounds and code remain the property of Giang Dinh.

3. Price and refunds

Bowlful is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms; the developer cannot issue refunds directly. Re-downloading on a new device with the same Apple Account is free.

4. Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). It is included in your normal device backups; it does not sync between devices in this version. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

5. No warranty, to the extent the law allows

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it working on supported iPhones and iOS versions (iOS 17 and later), but we cannot promise it will be free of defects or run on every future iOS release. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app except as the Standard EULA or applicable law allows.

7. Changes

Changes to these Terms are shown in the app and at the hosted address with a new effective date.
