Bowlful

Sort little things. Slowly.

A soft pile of small things, a few jars that each want one kind, and nothing else. No timer. Nothing to lose.

Lift a thing, set it in the jar that wants it, and the pile gets smaller. There is no timer, nothing to score, and no way to fail. A jar that does not want a thing simply hands it back.

Lift a thing. Set it in the jar that wants it.
Wrong jar? It hands it back. Nothing is lost.
Every pile you finish goes on your shelf.

Things have weight

They roll off each other, settle into the bowl of a jar, and clink when they land. The phone taps back as each one settles. Tilt it, and the pile shifts with it.

Five rooms, thirty piles

Kitchen Drawer, Sewing Nook, Garden Shed, Tide Pool Shelf and Study Desk open one after another, with six piles in each. Every pile you finish puts its jars on the shelf in that room, and they stay there. When you would rather not follow a room, Calm Pile builds one to your own size, out of whatever things you like, for as long as you like.

Made to be usable

Assist mode plays the entire game with taps: tap a thing to lift it, tap a jar to put it in, tap the pile to set it back down. Colour marks add a shape to each colour for anyone who does not read colour easily. VoiceOver describes the pile and the jars, and every screen follows Dynamic Type.
